BankManager is an easy to use mutli-currency private banking software package for internal use. It is designed for private banks, trust accounts and credit unions.

Unlimited Banks and Accounts

BankManager allows you to have accounts at as many banks as you want. Within each bank, you can have as many accounts as you need. Being an entry level system does not impose any limitations in terms of your numbers.

Unlimited Clients

Client numbers are not limited in any way. Clients are easily added, and if necessary inactivated (and reactivited if the need arises).

Unlimited Client Accounts

A Client can have as many internal accounts with you as you want. BankManager easily keeps track of all their accounts with balances readily available. Transfers between a client's accounts are easily processed. Transfers of funds between a Client's accounts in differing currencies is also managed.

Extensive Reports

An extension range of reports are supplied for you to manage your business. All account reconcilation and client statements are provided.

Multi-Currency

BankManager knows all the current world currencies. When setting up your business you identify which currencies you will be using. These are reflected in future selection lists. You are able to select additional currencies at any time. In the event that there is a new world currency, you have the means to add it to BankManager.

Currency Calculator

A unique currency calculator has been provided. You must load the rate for each currency against USD each day. It can then calculate any buy or sell transaction for you (allowing a spread that you determine).

Client Notification

BankManager has avoided providing client information to the internet. The security issues around this are emormous. If hackers and other can penetrate sensitive government and military sites, do we stand a chance? Our solution is an automated advice via email, Skype messaging or SMS (client's choice) everytime there is a change to their account.
