BankManager is an easy to use mutli-currency private banking software package for internal use. It is designed for private banks, trust accounts and credit unions.

Inital Support

Every copy of BankManager is entitled to support for the 1st three months following purchase (and the 14 day trial period). The lease copies retain support for as long as the lease is paid. Purchasers of the unlimited use copies can purchase optional support each quarter.

Support Methods

Initail support is provided by email. Eligible users should email support@bankmanager.biz (copy and paste this address). In most cases a reply will be made within 24 hours - often sooner.

If the problem cannot be solved via email, the user will be given the Skype user name to establish a Skype call at a time suitable to the user (note we can only support English speaking users at this time).

If that fails to resolve the issue, we recommend connecting to your system using TeamViewer. We expect you to be talking to us via Skype at the same time so that we can demonstrate to you the correct way to undertake the task you are having problems with.
